Discourse Analysis of Male Sterilization in Rwanda’s Family Planning Policy Practice

This article intends to analyze the discourse of male sterilization (vasectomy) in Rwanda’s family planning practice. It seeks understand public opinion towards vasectomy as a birth control tool Rwanda. The Family Planning Vision 2020 (FP2020) forum started 2012 and more than 150 political leaders met at London Summit on agreed give 120 million women world’s poorest countries access contraceptives by year 2020. Rwanda has made great achievement toward these goals current trend use is encouraging. However, despite explanations provided Government necessary need planning, many people including religious have different understanding especially sterilization. By examining practices, this demonstrates perception about operation based documents analysis uses methodology theory.
